Thank you everyone for your support throughout this project and I hope to be able to invite a small amount of you to the book launch of ‘PARAS IN ACTION’ in October, details tbc soon.
I have worked closely with the curator and team at the Airborne Assault Museum over the past two years during the writing of this book which chronicles the history of the Parachute Regiment from its inception on 1st August 1942, through to its 80th anniversary this year, hitting all the main deployments, operations, conflicts and wars the Paras have been involved in during this time.
Spaces are limited to just 60 for this event, so I will be inviting a mixture of former and serving members of the regiment, as well as those who have contributed to the writing of this book. Should be a great day with some interesting people in attendance and I hope to see some of you there.
